Exchange and return

From the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods, you can return all items purchased in the Juwelierwelt Online Shop within 14 days.

If you should send items back to us, we would be grateful if you adhere to the following procedure:

  • Please always send the items back to us completely in their original packaging; this serves to protect the goods from damage in transit when they are returned.
  • The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing - comparable to trying them on in a shop. If the goods deteriorate through further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
  • In this case, you are welcome to contact us by email at juwelierstreit@freenet.de and we will send you a prepaid return label. Please understand that otherwise you will have to bear the return costs.
  • At https://www.juwelierwelt.de/en/account/returns/login you can print out a return slip and enclose it with the item you want to return.
  • Please keep the shipping receipt in a safe place in case you have any queries.
  • Please fill out the enclosed delivery / return slip completely, enter the reason for your return and enclose the return slip.

Please note that a return can take a few days by post and our returns department also needs time to process.
Excluded from the revocation are goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (e.g. engraved articles). All engraved jewelry is intended for final sale and has been engraved according to the customer's instructions. Juwelierwelt is not liable for errors that are based on instructions or specifications from the customer.

SPECIAL NOTE ON ENGRAVED ITEMS:
You can buy any engravable Juwelierwelt article with or without engraving.
Items that arrive in the returns department with an engraving request are immediately sent back to our customers.
